   Amidst the falling FD rates, I can’t believe my eyes when I see a 14+ % returns on investments.
   Are you sure there is no change in these interest rates.
   Further is there any option to invest online in these schemes

   I am enjoing this interest rate and the service is very good. you get a post dated cheque within 4-5 days!! unbelivable but true!!
   if you read the details on there website you will come to know how they manage to give a large interest!! its a win-win for them and us!!

   As I had already interacted with regarding DSK FD. I need more information from you and I am sure that you will help me out.

   1. Which documents I should check with DSK before investing them?
   2. I have copied below text from DSK FD application form. Could you please let me know more information on this?
   3. Can I file a case against them incase any one of my cheque would have been bounce (wrt below text)

   All queries/complaints are to be addressed to the Registered office of the Company. In case of non repayment of the deposits or part there of as perthe terms and conditions of suchdeposit,
   the depositor may approach to the Company Law Board, at address given as under: Company
   lawBoard,WesternRegionBench,2ndfloor,NTCHouse,15NarottamMorarjeeMarg,Ballard

   Estate,Mumbai-400038.

   In case of deficiency of the Company in servicing its deposit, the depositor may approach the

   National Consumer Redressal Forum, the State Level Consumer forum or the District Level

   Consumer Forum for relief. Any disputes arising out of Acceptance of the Fixed Deposits is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune,Maharashtra.

   k) WE HEREBY DECLARE :

   1. That the Company has compiled with the provisions of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules 1975, as amended;
   2. that the compliance with the said rules does not imply that repayment of deposits is guaranteed by the Central Government,
   3. that the deposits accepted by the Company are unsecured and rank pari passu with unsecured liabilities and,
   4. that the Company is not in default in the repayment of any deposit or part thereof and any interest thereupon in accordance with terms & conditions of such deposits.

   How secure these FDs are? Even they are offering PDCs in advance for principal and interest amount, what will happen if cheques bounce?
