Hi,
My friend was interested in this project and so we enquired about this builder and also had a look at few of their projects.They have made some very good aparments in koramangala, we liked them very much ,they are very posh and so it is expensive. We saw their project near to hennur cross. I liked the plan and they are decent Mid range apartments. We visited the locality of their East parade project. Its a Good locality and is a very peacfull residential area. There is a shell petrol bunk ,all branded super markets are present, few banks are there and many other facilities are present. The area has still lot of scope for development. vignan nagar is a very good peacfull residential area. close to this project there is adarsh vista project which has around 250 independent villa’s very nice one. We went through the brochures of this project on the net and my friend liked it and is looking forward to book one.

The builders jain heights are not responding to the queries asked on their project in c.v.raman nagar. i doubt this apartment
project got scrapped.

They are not responding to enquiry. But I got one sales person on phone. The project is still not started as they havent got some approval. They are still waiting for this approval and they dont know, when they will be launching this project. It could be launched after “dessara”, but not very sure. This was the answer i got from the sales person

I came to know this project east parade is comming up in vignanNagar. I liked the area and also 5 of my friends are looking forward to book the flates here. But unfortunately we are not getting any response from the builders jain heights about when this project is starting and when the pocession of the flat will be given.

Very recently i have approched the builder, i think they should start the project by this independence day. they are infact added me to there soft lauch offer list & which would happen in july.whoever interested contact them at the earliest. i heard they are offering special rates for 5% of there stock.

Every time I enquire abt the project they say it will take month time and commited by this year end(2011) it will definately starts but still now they are saying hopefully it will start by Jan end 2012…I think this bldr is trying to hold the customer so that they do’nt invest in other ongoing projects’s PreLaunch offer…..I think he will hold the customer and later demand huge amt. and by that time we might have missed other good project’s offer……Right Now someone says the size of 2BHK will be around 2000 sq.Feet and other say it will be around 1300 sq.feet(this is mentioned on the Board on the site)….This project is already delayed around 3 yrs …..I heard they started the project some 1.5 yrs back but due to bad response they change the plan and apply for reapproval….in b/w they had dispute with LandOwner also….so it seems risky even if it started..as of now they are not having any clarity on size,Layout,Elevation etc……if they applied for approval then why they say diifernetly on size for 2BHK especially…

Hi, I went through the brochure, thts realy pathetic . you can easely make out that what ever information they are given in brochure you can easily find in Google about Bangalore. And jain heights people are responding about anything.

I went and took a look at jain heights project..now they are asking 4800..
i think it is over priced. There is an issue with water. Few of my friends living in adarsh vista are facing severe water problem…I am sure the same will be there in jain heights.
Also the approach road is not good..There are close to 380 apartments coming in jain heights..So 380 cars coming out of the location..it is going to be another night mare..for everyone..

Water can not be a excuse or criteria to select or not select a apartment. in the flats, where water is there now, is it guaranteed that it will remain after 5 years from now. Where I am living now, ample water was there 5 years ago, now it is not there at all.
if you like the location, plan, builder ,paper & location and if it fits in your budget then go ahead..
As per my opinion , once this project is completed then it is going to be a land mark of C V raman Nagar area.

It is typical pressure tactics by builders. Increase the price and put some pressure on new buyers and also show the not so intelligent ones who booked the flat that their property has appreciated. In reality that place is not worth the price they are quoting.

If water is not a problem, then what is the problem ? If Poddar says that he can surivive without water, in a flat after paying 70 lacs of rupees, wish we all could think the same way.
May be Poddar is interested party in selling Jain Heights. hence he is not interested in water in the flat.

Can any body give more details on this project & whether it is worth buying or not? I have gone to this locality some time back & i feel thats not a posh lcality. roads are very small, water problem & more like a slum area.

Regarding narrow road, yes road is narrow but already widening process has been started.
Yes, water is a concern but most of the areas have this problem in Bangalore. Good news is that Cauvery water connection has reached to nearby areas and it is likely that the connection will be provided to apartments as well.
Vignan Nagar area is improving.
Lets not devalue the area because of east parade.

Does anybody have any updates on delayed construction of East Parade? Seems the soft copy hard copy business is going on for long. I was told it is expected this week but I have learnt that promise is being made for many months now.
