you are missing few points to mention in your information. Please answer the following.
About me: I am USA citizen living in USA and wants to apply for NEW PAN card.
Questions:1. Do I need to get demand draft first because without it when i click submit on online form, it asks for DD info.
2. How do I get demand draft in USA?
3. Does copy of USA passport (for Identity proof) and Copy of bank statement (for address proof) need to be apostilled/attested? If yes, how?
I will really appreciate your quick response to the above questions.
