you say abt the “Recent statistics”, but the prices have already started climbing up. I am based in pune and seen the prices which have gonedown to Rs 2300 per sqft in the month of June-july,2009 has climbed upto Rs 3000 per sqft in this month. Can you comment about this sudden surge in prices in last 2-3 months.

    Hello Ankush,

I understand that the prices are already started climbing to the new high. It is because the economy crisis has come to an end. But, what I put here is the completed project is more, there is good chance that the builders may reduce the price to sell the units sooner. It may not be for all the builders. I have read this information from one of trusted magazine. Let’s wait and watch the market.

    Thanks,
    Krishna
