      Hello DJ,

      Thank you for the comments.

I am working for Mahindra Finance and accepting the fixed deposit applications from the NRI. The following are the requirements:

      1. You have to submit the Indian address proof and identity proof.
      2. Money has to be transferred from NRO or savings account in India.

If you are planning to apply for mahindra fixed deposit, please contact me. I will help you to open the account.

      Thanks,
      Krishna

Should there be a choice of placing a deposit with a Bank. Some banks higher deposir rates than others, like YES Bank offers 9% against 8 to 8.5% by other Banks.

Should I go in for placing deposits with YES Bank without any fear of loosing my money? My total deposits would be around 2o lacs & I am a senior citizen.
