gold

Introduction

In my previous posts I have written about the gold investments and comparison with the Silver investments. I also mentioned that there is very less chance that gold price would come down in the future market trend. US Dollar and Gold Price

In the past two weeks, there is a correction going on in the gold market. The main reason why gold price has fell down is the US Dollar value steadily increased to the new highs. Which no one expected. Dollar value will have improvement when US data shows positive signs of the US economy recovery.

When US dollar value increases, countries reserve banks will stop investing in the gold and convert into the dollar currency. That makes the gold price going down. It is one of the main factor affects the gold price. We have to note down that US economy is not recovered fully and it will take few more years to become stable. Any small news about the economy would shake the market and after few weeks the uptrend will continue. In the gold market also, the same thing happened.

Gold Price Will Increase

There are many factors which strongly suggests that gold price will rise in the future. Recently Russian reserve bank bought 20 tones of gold from the state bank. This news resulted in the small rise in the gold price. Apart from these factors, over all gold production is decreased compare to the previous years. From all the factors above, there is many other factors influencing the gold price increase.
