@Suman – We have received your FDR on 9th August, 2011. As per the company norms the fixed deposit receipts must be presented duly discharged at least 21 days before the date of maturity to enable renewal / payment on due date.
We will be releasing your funds by 1st week of September.

Hi Sumit,
We, the undersigned, are a regular investor in Unitech FD.
We had renewed our FD account with Unitech on the 15th Jan 2011 for a duration of 6 months. The FD matured on the 24th July 2011.
We immediately applied to withdraw the matured amount and have already sent across the application.
Our FDR number is UL / FD /B / 086673
Account Number is 071626
Amount Rs 90000
3 months have passed now and still we have not received the cheque of Rs 90000 (We have received the interest amount)
Please could you look into the matter ASAP and let us know the details,

Hello Unitech/Summit,
I submitted my FD receipt at Unitech Bangalore office.
Till now, I havent heard anything on this
FD receipt no: is 035026.
I was given a number mentioning mahesh as contact person for FD. But no one is picking the call.
Later, I tried Toll Free no, multiple times, always it says all executives are busy.
Once someone took the call asked for my details and just cut the call.
I sent an email to the ones mentioned in your website,but again no response.
Kindly check.

THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE COMMON MAN, DEPOSITED IN THE REPUTED FINANCE COMPANIES SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPAID WITH INTEREST. THIS MUST ALWAYS THE BE THE SLOGAN OF THE FINANCIAL COMPANIES.THE TRUST REPOSED ON THESE COMPANIES SHOULD BE KEPT ALWAYS.

i invested Rs.100000/- for one year on 29/12/2010, fdr no. 1009611,but after maturity i have received only the cheque of interest. my principle amount is not refunded by such well known reputed company. i have purchased a home by planning that this amount will be helpful to pay to builder but now my planning is totally upset. i also invest in another company but they sent both principle and interest amount at a time. i hope that unitech will understand my problem and pay my principle amount within short time.

UNITECH does not send the maturity cheques on time and always delay it by 2-3 months. Don’t invest in their FDs inspite of 11% rate. With the delay of even 1 month, the rate comes down to 10%. And a 2 month delay makes the rate to 9%. + the tension, not worth it.

We had deposited money in the UNITECH Fixed Deposits as per the following details. The maturity date is over for more than 4(Four) months back. Till date the money has not been given back to us. If we do not receive with the extra interest amount by the second week of May 2012, we will be left with no alternative but to take alternative actions.
