How to use Google Calendar for setting payment remainders?

How to set-up Google Calendar?

To get started with the google calendar, you must have the google account or gmail account. Once you have the account, login to Google Calendar.

Set Up Mobile Number

Click on the setting tab and add the mobile phone number. Google will send you the verification code to your mobile to activate your number. This number will be used for sending the events remainder. See the below screen shot for setting up the mobile:

How to create Events and set up remainder?

Click on the “Create Event” link in the left side of the page. Click on the below screen shot to enlarge and see the details.

You can add the details and save it. In the right side of the above page, you will see the notifications options. There is three types notification options are:

• EMail
• SMS
• Pop-up

Also you can select when the notifications should be sent. It allows you to add the guest for the event.
