This new project is at Harlur Road, Off Sarjapur Road. The news about this project is latest and booking are not yet started for this project . It is expected that the pre-launch bookings for this project will be started within a month. The pre-launch bookings are already open and you can call at 9900213086 for the site visit and bookings. We will update the details in this post once it is launched. As per the collected information, this project would come up with 1300 apartments and will span across 25 acres. These apartments will be built with many towers. This project is expected to be completed by 2015.

It is very new project and couple of days back only the pre-launch booking started. This section will be updated when ever there is positive or negative feedback on the project. Some of the feedback I have received from the visitors of this project is:
- Well i feel i was the very lucky one as i got the booking of my 2.5 BHK at 4250.
The issue is the i have to book one more 2 BHK but the project is not giving me time to be prepared for that by increasing the price each day.- It’s surprising, i visited there Head office on Saturday, and there was a huge rush there. I booked one 3 bhk at 4550/-
- Not even 1% discount on the price. They are not ready to reduce the price for group bookings too.

I am interested in Prestige ferns and have a basic question. This project is expected to be completed in 2015. Probably the builder will need funds from 2012 onwards to get the construction going. When I approach the bank for a loan, the bank until 2015 will pay the builder based on the construction status and I will be charged on the pre-emi which is only the interest portion on the amount disbursed. I am ready to pay some extra downpayment and would like to avoid the pre-emi altogether. I would to know and get your advise to see if this a good approach. What should be my next steps

its your wish if you want pre-emi or even EMI. If you pay EMI now, then it will start repaying the principal as well. Most banks should allow either of them. I took a loan from HDFC and before possession, i chose to pay EMI.

I just closed my account. It was open for two months. Just recently they stopped my account at $4300. I said fine, told them to pay it off early with cc on file. One week later I’m at the grocery store. Card declined. I called them up, they said I was over the limit for the month, $2200 total. Half of what I paid off just the week before. No initial spending limit. Ha! I was never late on any statement payment. If anyone that makes over $70,000 a year puts everything on their Amex , they will spend more than$5k a month. It’s embarrasing and inconveniant to have your card declined when your account is clear and you have money in the bank. No initial spending limit, yeah, right. My master card works fine, I have a travel agent, and can get airport lounges through the air carriers cheaper. Later Amex
