• 3BHK units have only 1 balcony. It is not a spoiler. If you have utility, then it would be fine.

The official launch of this project will be around November 2012.  It is not officially announced by the Prestige Group, the sources told that most likely the launch will be on November this year.

It is very new project and couple of days back only the pre-launch booking started. This section will be updated when ever there is positive or negative feedback on the project. Some of the feedback I have received from the visitors of this project is:

• Well i feel i was the very lucky one as i got the booking of my 2.5 BHK at 4250.
  The issue is the i have to book one more 2 BHK but the project is not giving me time to be prepared for that by increasing the price each day.
• It’s surprising, i visited there Head office on Saturday, and there was a huge rush there. I booked one 3 bhk at 4550/-
• Not even 1% discount on the price. They are not ready to reduce the price for group bookings too.
