This builder normally don’t give the occupancy certificate which is very important for getting Katha A. If you are looking to buy this flat, you have to do a through check on their approval.

I have purchased their previous project Reliable Domicile which is located in the Electronics City. From my experience you can trust them, apart from that you can do your own research about the project and documents.

They are not big players in Bangalore. Also, the previous projects have few problems in the completion.

i have bought a flat there and i recommend no one to buy that property. Because he is building penthouses, so you will never get Khatas.
Guys buy any property who is ready to provide Khatha/OC in writing.
If he does not agree then do not buy. Its as simple as that.
They may try to convince you ,like they did to me.

guys do not go for this builder specially reliable pride.
He is building a penthouse ..
and violations/deviations are 75% , i have done a good survey on this property.
