It is in the whitefield just opposite to Saibaba ashram. Very close to DPS school in the whitefield area.
The model villa is extremely good but the price looks high it falls under the luxuary villas. The launching price was somewhere 1.8 in a year it increased because the land rates are increased. For these villas they have tied up with HDFC bank and we dont need to pay EMI till possession just need to pay the booking amount looks very good. Proposed metro project is there.
